Ventura’s bar and table come together within a single space, where ceramic frescoes and works by local artists set the tone in a Riviera atmosphere that feels both authentic and vibrant. Seated at the bar facing the bartender or gathered around the table, each guest finds their own rhythm between freshly crafted cocktails and dishes made to share.
The menu highlights signature cocktails, Provençal wines, champagnes and non-alcoholic creations made with carefully selected local ingredients from the Var region. Inspired by the Mediterranean, the cuisine focuses on fresh fish, seasonal salads and local produce through a simple and convivial approach.
From 6pm, Aperitivo sets the mood. As the light softens, guests gather for drinks and sharing plates in an atmosphere inspired by the Saint-Tropez art of living.

The Breakfast
An essential part of the Ventura experience, breakfast adapts to every kind of morning. Whether heading to the market early or taking time to ease into the day after a Saint-Tropez evening, it follows your own rhythm.
Around a buffet inspired by Provence, local breads and pastries, seasonal jams, honey from the Var region and made-to-order omelettes create a generous offering shaped by the flavours of the South.
Freshly pressed juices and fruit salads recall the colourful stalls of Place des Lices, while smoked salmon and caviar accompany dishes prepared to order.
